The online purchase process is secure and anonymous. No personal information and credit card number information are ever collected or requested by Gugila. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
The following is how the online purchase process works.
- After clicking 'Buy Now' button on the next page, you are directly sent to 2Checkout.com to fill in your credit card information. We Gugila do not ask or receive a copy of your credit card number.
- After your payment is complete, you are directed back to our website for download.
- Download the software. If you have any problems with downloading, please let us know immediately.
- When downloading is complete, install the software and start 3ds Max. Immediately authorization window will show up and help you get the product authorized.
In case you purchase more than one copy of our software (multiple licenses), you should install the software on the permitted number of computers according to the license quantities you purchased and get the software authorized for each computer. In case you buy Render Node Shader Set, you need to install license server program on the main computer only.
By installing or using the software, you agree to the terms and conditions in the License Agreement that is presented to you when you run the installation program.

Refund Policy
We hope that GroundWiz Lite free version gives you ample opportunity to test the software and evaluate its suitability for your needs before you purchase a full version of the software.
If you, however, are not content with your purchase, you will get a refund of the purchase price in condition that within seven days from the day when your purchase is made, you make a claim for a refund before you seek to get the software authorized. Once authorization code of the software is issued, a refund will not be issued.
After seven days, or if authorization code is issued to you, you cannot claim a refund. Furthermore, if your decision to get a refund is not due to our error, we will deduct costs from your refund to return your payment.

FAQs
Can I install and use the software on multiple computers?
According to current Gugila GroundWiz End-User License Agreement, a single user license only allows you to use the software on one computer. You can use License Transfer Utility to move license to another computer, though.
What if I lose my authorization code?
In that case, contact us. Please include product ID and request code in your email.
What if I want to install GroundWiz software on a new computer?
You can transfer license from the old computer to the new one. Use License Transfer Utility.
What if my hardware crashed and how can I activate GroundWiz in another computer?
In this case, please directly contact us and include your product ID in the email. We will help you deactivate the product in crashed computer so that you can reactivate in another one.
How does Gugila ensure customer privacy?
During activation process, the software does not scan your hard drives or collect any data other than the minimum information required to verify your license.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We do not collect or request your personal information and credit card number. Your credit card transaction will be processed by our authorized retailers through their secure and well-tried payment system. We do not receive or request your credit card number information in any case.
During authorization process, we will ask only your email address to authorize the software you purchase. But we will not share or pass on your email address to any third party for any reason. Your email will be used only when you seek authorization of the software and only if you request a service to receive information about our software you are using, including updates or notifications.
Unless you make a request to receive information about updates of our software, or some other issues related to our products and services, we will not send any email.
